Robyn, 

5 years ago you met a young guy in the back lot of AMC with a giant, floppy-skinned black dog that seemed to enjoy attempting to snack on fingers, hands…whatever.  Little did that young guy know that Mastino would change him…from going through multiple surgeries for a tough fracture to learning that Spirit goes a looonnnnngggg way in caring for patients.

 It has indeed been my pleasure to help you care for your special boy.  I share in your sorrow of his loss and will never forget him.

Please accept my deepest sympathies.
